Brief:

The concept was based around an idea that is relevant to both millennials, boomers, and gen z’s. It’s a combination of what is at the same time new and nostalgic. It’s at the crossroads of what is culturally significant and what unifies, revolutionizes and energizes people’s need for change.

The Summer of Lane plays off cultural and visual vibrations of the Summer of Love from 1967. Colorful, fun and radient illustrations, inspired by the works of Peter Max offered a look and feel that invoked qualities of freedom, peace and happiness. A welcomed change for the students and community of Lane Community College going into 2021.
